We invite you to join the Zell/Lurie Real Estate Center at Wharton as a Sustaining Member, and to consider becoming a Research Sponsor. Center membership entitles you to receive any research papers published in our Working Paper series, as well as a complimentary subscription to the Wharton Real Estate Review, which we publish twice a year for our industry and public policy constituencies. In addition, Center members may attend our Fall and Spring Members' Meetings at no cost. Our Fall meeting is for members only. These meetings provide a wonderful opportunity to meet with important colleagues and to discuss the key issues facing the industry.

Research Sponsors meet twice a year, at various venues, and receive an update on specific research initiatives for their comment and discussion. In so doing, they ensure that our dynamic research agenda encompasses topics of particular interest to those on the front line of the profession. You may find more information on the Research Sponsors Program, as well as a listing of Sponsors, at other locations on this site.

The $5,000 annual Sustaining Membership contribution is tax-deductible. In your membership, you may include up to three others from your firm for an additional $250 each. Research Sponsors contribute an additional $10,000 a year. They receive added consideration in bringing guests to our Spring meeting. Our Research Sponsorships, like our memberships, are tax-deductible contributions.
